As fellow students and apartment hunters ourselves, we know how time consuming looking at apartments can be so even though this apartment is just a 5 min walk north of campus, we thought we’d try to make your life a little easier and give you a virtual tour before you decide whether to come down in person. Myself (Heather) and Mike have lived here for the past two school years and now that we are graduating its time to pass off this wonderful apartment to someone new.

• 12 month lease (8 month possible, but 12 is preferred)
